Man Kills Brother On Suspicion Of Illicit Relationship With Wife Elder Brother Was Married Four Months Ago

Late Saturday night in Maharajpur, Kanpur, a man thrashed his younger brother (advocate) to death with a stick. He fled after committing the crime. When the family came down from the terrace early in the morning, they were stunned to see the blood-soaked dead body. Police investigation revealed that the accused suspected that his brother was related to his wife, hence carried out the crime. Three teams have been formed to arrest the accused. Dhananjay Singh, a resident of Majra Ghaghukheda in Mahua village, cooks food at the Mid Day Meal Center in Kidwai Nagar. His father Jagdish Yadav told that Dhananjay was married on 18 May this year. His younger son Shiv Bahadur Singh (29) also lived in the house. Shiv Bahadur was sleeping in the verandah late on Saturday night. Everyone else was sleeping on the terrace. Late in the night, Dhananjay started attacking Shiv Bahadur with sticks while sleeping.

After killing him, he fled from there. In the early hours, when Dhananjay’s wife came down from the terrace, she saw that there was only blood in the verandah and the body of Shiv Bahadur was lying.

Then he informed the other relatives. SP Outer Tej Swaroop Singh said that the investigation revealed that Dhananjay used to doubt his wife and brother.

He thought that both of them had an illicit relationship, so he carried out the crime. On the complaint of father Jagdish, a case of murder has been registered against Dhananjay. He will be arrested soon.

Dhananjay is eccentric, used to dispute over talk

According to the police, during the investigation, the family members told that Dhananjay has a frenzy. She is very suspicious. Often he used to quarrel because of doubt. Bhai Shiv was also jealous of Bahadur. Jagdish told that there was nothing about which Dhananjay suspected, but he did not believe.
