The ban on transfer of government employees in Madhya Pradesh has been lifted till October 5, 2022. In this regard, the General Administration Department issued orders on Friday. According to this, now all the departments will be able to transfer at the state and district level from September 17 to October 5. In this, officers and employees will be transferred as per the administrative requirement.
On behalf of the General Administration Department, orders have been issued to all the departments, divisional commissioners, collectors, chief executive officers, district panchayats. State cadre officers and employees will be transferred with the approval of the departmental minister. In this, state, district level officers and employees will be able to apply for transfer.
Let us tell you that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had said a few days ago to lift the ban on transfer from September 17. In this, the CM had said that only necessary transfers were made from administrative and humanitarian point of view. There has been a ban on transfer in the state for a few months. Due to this, a large number of officers and employees were getting upset due to non-transfer. Now the process of transfer has started in the departments as well.
