Bihar BJP chief Sanjay Jaiswal has also opened a front against Tejashwi Yadav after the CBI filed an application in a special court in Delhi seeking cancellation of bail. Bihar BJP president Sanjay Jaiswal on Sunday alleged that the RJD leader had threatened the central probe agency and Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai and his officials.
Referring to a statement made by Tejashwi Yadav last month, Sanjay Jaiswal said that everyone in Bihar knows what is meant by ‘Akad thadan kar denge’. During this, Sanjay Jaiswal also rejected the allegations that it was being said that the BJP had a big role in the legal dispute with the CBI. He said that most of the information against Tejashwi Yadav was provided to the CBI by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s government in the state. From this it can be guessed that what kind of alliance has been formed between the two.
In fact, in the well-known IRCTC scam, the CBI had filed an application in a special court in Delhi seeking cancellation of bail of Tejashwi Yadav in the case of threatening the officers associated with it. After the petition filed by the CBI on Saturday, Special Court Judge Geetanjali Goel has issued a notice to Tejashwi Yadav on the CBI’s application and sought a reply. The CBI has said in its petition that Tejashwi Yadav threatened the CBI officers in a press conference, so his bail should be canceled.
CBI said that Tejashwi had said in his statement that do CBI people not have mother and son, they do not have families? Will he always be a CBI officer? Won’t he retire? Will there always be one government in power?
Let us tell you, the IRCTC scam is of Lalu Prasad Yadav during his tenure as Railway Minister. CBI is probing the case. Many members of Lalu Yadav’s family are accused in the scam case. Tejashwi Yadav is also included in them.
