Churches want to help in the reception crisis: shelter for dozens of asylum seekers and status holders



Dozens of asylum seekers and status holders will be able to find shelter in church congregations throughout the Netherlands in the short term, in the hope of easing the situation in Ter Apel somewhat. The Protestant Church in the Netherlands and the municipality of Kampen have a plan for this, after they have previously worked together successfully for the reception of refugees from Ukraine.
